We kept Sophia's birthday relatively simple this year. We had presents, dinner, and cake with my family. Sophia got really excited over every present. She added to her trove of Disney princess items (I swear, we tried to avoid the princess phase, but we're in the heart of it!) and had a special dinner. Her menu items of choice: broccoli, grilled cheese, cake, and ice cream.
