Beach Time!
We've been trying to go to the pool or beach a lot this summer. We went to La Jolla Shores with Jake's aunt and her family a few weekends ago. During the week, I've been taking the kids to a small beach, Kellog's, on the bay. There parking is easy, there are no waves, and it's fun to splash and play in the sand. Sophia calls it the calm beach. Sometimes, we see jellyfish there. Luckily, the kids know to stay away!
